Ajinkya Sham Vidhate
Founder of Kridemy and a certified project management professional, with dual master's degrees in Supply Chain Analytics (Rutgers Business School, USA) and Logistics & Supply Chain Management (XLRI Jamshedpur, India).
Previously led the end-to-end development and operations of Shree Gurudatta Lawns, a large-scale event venue in India, and managed multiple supply chain analytics projects across education and industry domains.
Combining entrepreneurial experience with a passion for data and design, he is building Kridemy to make learning more engaging, gamified, and accessible — one scroll at a time.

At Kridemy, I led the entire backend and server architecture, ensuring a secure, fast, and highly scalable system. I developed all major backend functionalities, including comic content pipelines, quiz & hardcore quiz engines, FAQs, and "Did You Know?" automation modules.
I also built the Admin Dashboard, along with dedicated Teacher and Parent Dashboards, enabling real-time tracking of a child's learning progress, quiz performance, activity insights, and overall engagement.
Additionally, I handled complete DevOps operations — server setup, CI/CD pipelines, performance optimization, and system monitoring — ensuring the platform runs smoothly with robust, production-grade backend support.
